Created by Japanese fashion designer and pattern maker TATZU, NEO SAMURAI is a collection that brings together the distinctive patterns and textures of traditional Japanese fabrics with original garment construction, silhouettes, and details.

Every TATZU collection begins with authentic vintage Japanese kimono.
Even when two jackets or shirts share the same design, their colors, patterns, and motif placement differ according to the kimono used. Each piece becomes one of a kind.

3. Design Born from Vintage Japanese Kimono.
Vintage Kimono. Reconstructed.
The TATZU design process begins by studying the colors, patterns, weaves, and textures of each vintage kimono.
The kimono is carefully dismantled, the fabric is prepared, and the garment pattern is developed according to the intended design.
Working within the limited width of traditional kimono fabric, we consider which motifs should appear on the front, back, and sleeves, aligning patterns where appropriate.
The process then moves through cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality inspection.
As both a Japanese fashion designer and pattern maker, TATZU is personally involved in the design process and on-site production reviews, with close attention to the quality and finish of each garment.
This production process also gives stockists a meaningful story to share with their customers, adding context and value beyond the finished product itself.

We provide information about the background of vintage kimono, distinctive design features, and the production process to help you communicate the value of each garment.
Product photography, model-worn images, and other visual materials for use in online stores, social media, and in-store promotion may also be discussed.
SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND EXPOSURE
We aim to support mutual brand awareness by sharing stockists' product features, styling, and retail initiatives through TATZU's official social media channels where appropriate.
EXHIBITIONS & FASHION EVENTS
Depending on your store and market, we are also open to discussing joint exhibitions, pop-up events, fashion shows, and other promotional projects.

5. From Phnom Penh to Stores Worldwide.
Japanese Quality Standards × Craftsmanship.
TATZU's production base is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Our production network brings together Japanese fashion designer and pattern maker TATZU and a partner workshop with whom we have built a close working relationship for more than ten years.
Today, our production team includes three pattern makers, including TATZU, and approximately 20 sewing staff involved in design, pattern making, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
TATZU works directly with the production team on-site, reviewing fabric characteristics, garment silhouettes, sewing specifications, and finished products.
Through our established reuse network in Japan, we also source vintage Japanese kimono on an ongoing basis and maintain an inventory of more than 1,000 kimono, haori, and obi.
This combination of textile sourcing and production capabilities supports the development of new collections and a continuing range of products for our retail partners.
6. Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Clear Terms. Flexible Selection.
BUSINESS MODEL
We offer wholesale purchasing arrangements. Consignment sales are generally not available.
INITIAL ORDER QUANTITY
Our standard initial order is a minimum of 10 pieces. If you would like to begin with fewer than 10 pieces, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
PRODUCT SELECTION
You are not required to order multiple units of the same design. Different one-of-a-kind garments, styles, and product categories can be combined within a single order.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Wholesale prices are quoted individually based on the products, quantities, and terms of the proposed order. Conditions for larger orders can be discussed.
RETAIL PRICING
TATZU provides suggested retail prices. Stockists may determine their final retail prices according to their local market conditions, taxes, import duties, and shipping costs.
BRAND IDENTITY
Products supplied through our wholesale program must be sold under the TATZU brand.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Advance payment is generally required for the first order. Shipping arrangements, delivery costs, and applicable import duties will be discussed according to the destination and order details.
REORDERS
Additional orders can be arranged based on sales performance and available inventory, with quantities and product selections discussed according to your needs.
7. How to Become a TATZU Stockist
From Inquiry to Your Store.
STEP 01 | INITIAL INQUIRY
Tell us about your store or company, location, website or social media accounts, target market, preferred product categories, and estimated order quantity.
STEP 02 | PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & TERMS
We will discuss your store's concept and requirements, then provide information on available products, inventory, wholesale pricing, and shipping conditions.
STEP 03 | PRODUCT SELECTION & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your preferred products and quantities are confirmed, we will prepare a quotation. Your order will be finalized after you have reviewed and accepted the terms.
STEP 04 | PAYMENT & SHIPPING
After payment has been confirmed, we will arrange shipment according to the agreed delivery method.
STEP 05 | SALES & ONGOING SUPPORT
After your store begins selling TATZU products, we aim to continue working together through new collection updates, reorders, product information, and discussions about sales promotion.
