Shipping costs Products will be shipped from the TATZU Atelier in Phnom Penh. 1. For orders within Cambodia Delivery will be made by Grab Delivery or Local Express. The following shipping fees exclude some areas.・Pick up at the Atelier: Free・Delivery within Phnom Penh: 3 USD・Delivery outside Phnom Penh: 6 USD 2. For orders outside Cambodia Delivery will be made by EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the product you order and the country of delivery, and are set automatically, so please check at checkout. Delivery times also vary depending on the country or region of delivery. For details, please refer to here. After shipping, we will inform you of the tracking number. Please note that the delivery time may not be as long as it is in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. When packing, we take great care to prevent dents and scratches on the outer box before preparing for shipment. However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may occur due to the delivery company's responsibility. Please forgive any dents or scratches on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product. And, a signature is required when receiving EMS. Please make sure that the parcel is correct and in good condition before signing the confirmation.

Please enter the correct address and contact number to streamline delivery. We are not responsible for lost or non-delivered packages due to the above reasons.


(＊)About import duties and taxes (for overseas shipments)

Import duties and taxes on international shipments may need to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country, so we recommend that you be aware of these costs before ordering. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, the product will be returned to us at your expense and you will receive a refund of the amount of the product paid minus the return shipping fee. Outward shipping fees will not be refunded.
