Its original asymmetrical silhouette, designed exclusively by TATZU, creates dynamic movement with every step.
A high neck, an elongated asymmetrical hem, and bold kimono patterns extending into the hood give this piece its distinctive presence.
By integrating the garment's structure with the beauty of the kimono, it offers a unique expression from every angle—front, side, and back.
Fit
Designed with a relaxed oversized silhouette.

Vintage Kimono
This piece is reconstructed from a vintage Japanese kuro-tomesode featuring peonies, chrysanthemums, pine trees, imperial carts, and cranes.
The deep black fabric and elegant gold detailing, preserved through decades, create a truly one-of-a-kind presence.
Pattern Layout
Every vintage kimono has a unique arrangement of patterns and family crests.
After carefully dismantling each kimono, TATZU individually designs the placement across the front, back, hood, and pockets to showcase every motif at its most beautiful.
