TATZU offers rental of traditional Japanese kimono, yukata, haori, obi, and zori sandals.
At the TATZU atelier, we stock over 1,000 pieces of kimono and related items, mainly sourced directly from Japan. We offer a wide selection for both women and men.
It is rare even in Japan to find an atelier where you can actually see and choose from such a large collection of kimono in one space.
TATZU is a one-of-a-kind kimono atelier in Phnom Penh, where you can experience authentic Japanese kimono culture.
Our kimono rentals are perfect for Japanese cultural experiences, events, parties, photoshoots, and Japanese-themed events.

Please choose the option that best fits your event schedule.
*Please note that all items are professionally dry-cleaned after return, so the return deadline must be respected.
Late returns will incur an extension fee of half the rental price per day.

⚠ Dressing service and hair styling are not included
Customers are generally expected to dress themselves.
If you are new to kimono, we can recommend helpful dressing tutorial videos so you can practice beforehand.
However, we can assist with simple dressing at the atelier if needed.
Simple Dressing Assistance Fee
Women: $10 per person
Men: $5 per person

1. Reservation

2. Visit the Atelier
Please visit the TATZU Atelier.
As we have over 1,000 kimono items in stock, you will choose your kimono directly at the atelier.
Due to the large variety of patterns and colors, we are unable to send photos of kimono in advance.

3. Payment
Rental fees must be paid in advance.
Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your rental items.

4. Dressing
Customers usually dress themselves.
However, simple dressing assistance is available at the atelier if needed.

5. Return
The standard rental period is:
Rent the day before → Return the next day
or
Rent on the day → Return the following day
This effectively works as a 1-night rental.
Please return the items directly to the TATZU Atelier.
We will check the quantity and condition together upon return.

At TATZU, while we primarily offer kimono rentals, all kimono, obi, and accessories available in the atelier can also be purchased.
Many customers decide to purchase their kimono after renting when they find a piece they truly love.
Compared to the rental price, our items are offered at relatively affordable prices, making it a great option if you would like to own a kimono set for future events or occasions.
