Production Process

1. Fabric Selection at the Atelier

Choose from 1,000+ kimono fabrics according to your style and purpose.

2. Design Consultation & Measurements

We discuss your body shape, preferred silhouette, and how & where you plan to wear the garment.

3. Pattern Making / Cutting / Sewing

Tatsu and the atelier’s tailoring team work together to produce each piece with Japanese-standard quality.

4. Fitting

After completion, we adjust the fit, comfort, movement range, and final silhouette.

*While our standard flow is in-person production at the Phnom Penh atelier,
we can accept online consultations for overseas or distant customers, depending on the content.

  • Past remote orders from Japan & USA

  • Production is possible if measurements are provided

  • If minor adjustments are needed afterward, a local tailor near you may handle the final touch-up
