Order Flow

• Select a kimono pattern and upload the screenshot

• Place your order → Complete payment

• After payment, we will confirm your size preference via email

• Each shirt is handcrafted by artisans (approx. 2–3 weeks)

• Once complete, it will be shipped from TATZU’s Phnom Penh atelier via EMS (other couriers available upon request)

• Delivery to your address usually takes about 1 week

• Progress updates will be shared by email throughout the process

• Lining: None (light and breathable, perfect for summer wear)

• Open Camp Collar

• Short sleeves / Box silhouette

• 6-button front placket

• Left chest patch pocket

• Straight hem with side slits

• Pattern placement is individually optimized for each shirt

The Making Process

Every TATZU Aloha Shirt is crafted with care and precision far beyond mass production.

• Carefully selected vintage kimono sourced from Japan

• Detailed inspection of fabric condition

• Deconstructed and returned to bolt (tanmono) state

• Washed to prevent shrinkage after production

• Ironed to restore luster and drape

• Custom pattern-making tailored to your order

• On the limited ~40cm kimono fabric width, each pattern piece is precisely placed and cut with careful balance of the design

• Sewing combines strength and comfort (machine stitching and hand finishing as required)

• Final finishing and strict quality inspection

• Securely packed and shipped worldwide

Through this process, a vintage kimono is transformed into a one-of-a-kind Aloha shirt.

Care

• Dry cleaning recommended

• For home care, hand wash gently and hang dry in the shade

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
